What technologies do you use?

We primarily build with Next.js, React, Node.js, MongoDB, and Tailwind CSS. For payments we integrate Stripe, for email we use Brevo, and for file storage we use AWS S3. We choose the best tools for each project.

Our standard process is 3 weeks: Week 1 is Strategy + Design (requirements, wireframes, conversion strategy), Week 2 is Development (build, integrations, automation), and Week 3 is Launch (QA, optimization, deployment). We hold regular check-ins throughout.

To kick off, we need: your brand assets (logo, colors, fonts if you have them), access to any existing accounts (domain, hosting, analytics), content or copy you want to use, and a signed proposal with deposit. We can guide you through all of this.

How much does a project cost?

Projects range from $2,000 for a launch funnel to $15,000+ for a full website and funnel build. Growth retainers start at $2,000/month. Every project is scoped based on your specific needs — we'll give you a clear quote before any work begins.

What are your payment terms?

We require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the remaining 50% due before launch. For retainer clients, payment is due at the start of each month. We accept all major payment methods.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. We mitigate risk by clearly defining scope upfront and keeping you involved throughout the process so there are no surprises.

How long does a typical project take?

Most projects are completed in 2–3 weeks. Launch funnels can be done in as little as 1 week. Complex full builds may take 4–6 weeks. We'll give you a specific timeline in your proposal.

How many revision rounds are included?

Every project includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions beyond that are billed at our hourly rate. We find that with our collaborative process, most clients are happy after the first round.

Do you provide ongoing support after launch?

Yes. Our Growth & Optimization retainer includes ongoing support, A/B testing, email marketing, and performance improvements. For project-based clients, we offer a 30-day post-launch support window for bug fixes.
