Contract Terms
Standard terms and conditions for all AndSheCodesToo engagements.
1. Non-Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable due to the nature of digital services. Once work has commenced, payments made are considered earned and non-refundable.
2. Scope Control
Any additional work outside the agreed scope of the project will be billed separately at the agreed hourly rate. Scope changes must be approved in writing by both parties before work begins.
3. Payment Terms
Work begins after the deposit is received. The final payment is required prior to the launch or handoff of the completed project. Late payments may result in project delays.
4. Revisions
Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be billed at the agreed hourly rate.
5. Chargebacks
Client agrees to resolve any billing disputes directly with AndSheCodesToo and not to initiate chargebacks through their financial institution. Initiating a chargeback constitutes a breach of this agreement.
6. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Full ownership of all deliverables, including source code, design files, and related assets, transfers to the Client only after full payment has been received. Until that time, all work product remains the property of AndSheCodesToo.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, and any non-public information.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days written notice. In the event of termination, the Client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
